FAQ about SV-TCQ Mini Trail Camera

Question 1: Why the memory card is not accepted by the trail camera , or the trail camera says" No card"?

Answer: This trail camera requires a MicroSD card 32GB. Please don't use the Micro SD card of the brand “ Lexar”, it is not compatible with this trail camera.

Besides, please don't buy the memory card that Amazon has it just below the camera as a suggested addition "Buy it with" or “Frequently bought together", it is a full sized SD card, so it is not compatible. We are also confused why Amazon has them bundled.

Question 2: When in SETUP mode at the beginning, a message appears "Check IR Battery" . Is something wrong?

Answer: The screen says "Check ir led battery" is nothing wrong, it means the camera is indicating you to check whether IR LEDs and battery is working properly. You can see the IR LEDs and LED indicators flash, that means the IR works properly；and if the battery level is low, the screen will message " low battery", if no this message, that means the battery is sufficient.

Question 3 : The SV-TCQ Mini Trail c amera screen switches off after 5 seconds in ON mode and it will not turn on after that? Answer: When sliding to ON mode, the trail camera screen switches off after 5 seconds, this is nothing wrong, that means it has already entered the working status, it will record based on your settings.
